All prescription-only weight loss medications are issued only after a clinical review by one of our qualified prescribers. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing clinician and are not guaranteed.
Our prescribers comply with all relevant UK prescribing guidelines. Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription and cannot be transferred or sold. We do not prescribe controlled drugs for weight loss purposes.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package, as certain medications may require a signature.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC standards. Non-prescription products may be returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days, subject to inspection.
If your order is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost.
